However, even though the Restoration Team knew that the room was wallpapered, they had no idea what the paper looked like.  While research has been done on early 19th century wallpapers by historians and curators at other historic sites, the Drawing Room was such an important space that the Restoration Team felt they had to know with certainty what the paper looked like.  While this might seem like an impossible task, the team knew that paint conservator Dr. Susan Buck could possibly be able to help.
